Pay for what your agent watches.
Every plan includes every detail level, every platform and the full API. What changes is how much video you can put through it, and how many jobs run at once.

Questions worth answering first.
- What is a credit?
- Roughly one minute of video at the standard level. Looking closer costs more: detail and fine are billed per minute at a higher rate, and motion is billed per second because it extracts six times the frames. Analyzing a 3-second window only ever costs 3 seconds' worth.
- What happens when I run out?
- Calls return a clear error instead of a surprise invoice — we never bill overage you did not agree to. You can upgrade at any time and the new credits are available immediately.
- Do unused credits roll over?
- No. Credits reset each billing period. If you regularly finish the month with a large surplus, the smaller plan is probably the right one.
- Is a second look at the same video charged twice?
- No. Results are content-addressed and cached, so re-reading a window you already paid for costs a fifth of the original.
- How do team seats work?
- Studio includes three people and one shared pool of 7,500 credits. Each extra seat is $29 a month and adds 2,000 credits to that same pool — the credits a $39 Pro account gets, for ten dollars less, because the pool is shared rather than split. Up to 25 people; above that it is Enterprise. Everyone shares one set of API keys and one video history, so work is not siloed per person.
- Is a seat cheaper than a separate account?
- Yes, and it is also more useful. A seat is $29 against Pro's $39 for the same 2,000 credits, and because the pool is shared, one person's quiet week funds another's busy one. Two separate Pro accounts cannot lend each other a single credit.
- Can transcription stay on our own machines?
- Yes, on Enterprise. Transcription runs inside your own deployment instead of calling out to a third-party API, which is what customers under EU data rules need. See the operations guide for how that is deployed.
